My first experience points party in the past! I really like leveling in the Crystal War areas; I previously soloed and duoed with Dancer for most levels in the past and really enjoyed it. But with the majority of people favouring the ToAU ‘TP burn’ camps post-50 it’s hard to get the chance to party anywhere in the past with a full party.

I partied on Bard in Rolanberry Fields [S] with Dazusu, a really good camp fighting Crawlers around the entrance to Crawlers’ Nest [S]. There are plenty of monsters and pulls aren’t much of a problem at all. And we were going pretty fast too, making a good 8k+/hour. That being said we did have outside help so that took our downtime down, but overall it’s great that we can have traditional parties and still get great experience like the ToAU camps!

So that takes my Bard from Lv49 to Lv52! Now to start messing around with artifact armour quests~

Hope we can explore and test out some more camps in past areas.

Another quick run through the Dunes (always good) as we duoed our way through Lizards and Crabs onto Damselfly, Sheep and Goblins and finishing up late ready to continue to Qufim the next day.

Only problem with duoing with Ranger is that you end up using a hell of a lot more arrows, nine stacks, to be exact x.x

Leveling on through Yhoator Jungle today, but with an extended party! No longer duo, but trio, as Macros joined us with his Red Mage for the race to level 37 (actually just leeching out awesome EXP, but y’know).

Starting off again with mandragoras and the occasional goblin in Yhoator Jungle, we advanced steadily through the levels. A few more deaths here and there (Cure us Macros! tsk), but nevertheless still high and steady EXP right on to level 33.

Mikan hardly ever dies now, with the help of Spirit Link, and not as many bomb tosses with the balance of mandys, goblins, and a lizard every so often. Jump still misses more than it hits though ; ; Double Thrust damage is actually starting to increase ever so slightly on average, hitting more around the 150~160+ mark.

After a short stop back to Jeuno, we made our way to Garlaige <strike>Shitadel</strike> Citadel to carry on the final stretch to level 37. More steady EXP and some afk leeching from me when I had to go out for a meal (thanks guys :x), we continued on through the levels to be an even more extended party when Kamery joined us on her Blue Mage.

Level 35 and High Jump! Always room for more Jump-ness, shame is misses just as much, though.

And that’s it! Dragoon is now finished as a support job at level 37, now I need to save up for that Wyvern earring D:

With Kazham Airship Passes at the ready, we moved swiftly in to the jungle, heading for the final stretch to level 37 for Warrior and Dragoon. After a few hours poking around with mandys and the occasional goblin we moved up to level 27. Overall damage was pretty much staying constant, double thrust wasn’t doing a much more than it was before, and Jump is starting to miss more again ; ;

Hunter’s Roll is still helping out a lot though, especially now that Dasuzu’s Great Axe skill isn’t closer to the cap, speeding things up a little. Doesn’t seem to help Jump though! D:

Still fast EXP duoing though, and I’ve now got a nice boost to my conquest points that I’ve been lacking of since the release of Treasures of Aht Urghan, which helps buy those warp scrolls :D
One problem with leveling DRG with Dwizzi helping out (probably got one of us killed a few times), is me intimidating him because of his Crimson Scale set equipment. Usually it’s only once or twice every so often, but today we were unlucky enough to get it six times in a row :X

Well, that’s Yuhtunga Jungle out of the way, Yhaotor here we come~!

More Jumping on Dragoon! Now at level 25 and through the pains of undead in Qufim. Dasuzu and I are really speeding through things, trying to get to level 30 so he can unlock Ninja. We’ll probably be level 30 later tonight with any luck, Kazham Airship Pass quest first though.

Dragoon is looking even more promising. I’ve been doing pretty nice damage, especially on Jump (when it hits -.-) and Double Thrust, usually averaging around 40~80 damage of Jump, and 140+ on Double Thrust, which at this level, really speeds things up.

Another thing that I think I’ll be using for low level jobs more often: /COR. First I was using Corsair’s Roll for the small EXP bonus to help speed things up, but once I got Hunter’s Roll, things really started to happen. Dasuzu decided to switch over to Great Axe, so had to skill up at first, so Hunter’s Roll really helped out with nice accuracy bonus, and also helped me out with my Elvaan dexterity and reduced my overall miss-fests.

Anyway, off to grab some chest keys for Dasuzu, Kazham here we come!
